Where does RentUFS operate?

RentUFS is available nationwide. Use our marketplace search to find vehicles in your area or at your destination.

Is RentUFS safe?

Safety is our top priority. Every user goes through identity verification. Our review system helps maintain community trust, and insurance coverage protects both drivers and hosts on every trip.

What types of vehicles are available?

Our marketplace features a wide range of vehicles including sedans, SUVs, trucks, vans, sports cars, luxury vehicles, and electric cars.

How do reviews work?

After each trip, both the driver and host can leave reviews and ratings. These reviews are visible on profiles and help the community make informed decisions.

What are the coverage details?

RentUFS's policy covers state minimums required for physical and property and up to $1M in liability. The deductible amount is the following:

$3,500 for vehicles ≤ $55,000 value
$6,000 for vehicles > $55,000 value

Are renter screened?

All drivers must be at least 21 years of age to rent on RentUFS.

How do I book a car on RentUFS?

Browse our marketplace, select a vehicle, choose your dates, pick your insurance coverage, and submit a booking request. Once the host confirms, you'll receive pickup details.

What do I need to sign up as a driver?

You'll need a valid email address, a valid driver's license, and to complete our identity verification process. Sign up is free and takes just a few minutes.

What insurance is included with my rental?

Every booking offers insurance coverage options. During checkout, you can choose from multiple tiers of coverage to match your comfort level and budget.

Can I extend my rental?

Yes! You can request a trip extension through the platform at any time during your rental. If the host approves and the vehicle is available, your rental is seamlessly extended.

What happens if there's an issue with the vehicle?

Contact our support team immediately. We'll work with you and the host to resolve any issues. Our inspection process at pickup and return helps document the vehicle's condition.

How does pricing work?

Hosts set their own daily, weekly, and monthly rates. You'll see the total price including any fees before you confirm your booking. No hidden charges.

How do I list my vehicle?

Register as a host, then use the "Add Vehicle" form to enter your vehicle details, upload photos, set your pricing, and publish your listing. Your vehicle will be visible in the marketplace immediately.

What fees does RentUFS charge?

UFS charges a flat low fee per booking with ZERO commission. Unlike other platforms that take 25-40% of your earnings, you keep more of what you make.

How do I get paid?

Payouts are sent directly to your bank account after each completed trip. You can track all your earnings from your host dashboard.

Is my vehicle insured during rentals?

Yes. Every booking includes insurance protection for your vehicle. Our coverage protects you while your car is being rented.

Can I decline booking requests?

Absolutely. You have full control over which bookings to accept. Review the driver's profile, ratings, and trip details before making your decision.

How many vehicles can I list?

There's no limit. List as many vehicles as you want and manage them all from your host dashboard.

What about tolls?

We have integrated with TollSpot, which automates toll tracking directly to your dashboard. All tolls incurred during a rental are charged directly to the renter, giving you full visibility and keeping you free from paperwork and unexpected charges.

How do payouts works?

Payouts are processed every Monday for rental days from the previous week and sent directly to the bank account you have connected via Stripe in your profile.

What if I'm late with the rental?

Please reach out to the host as soon as possible if you are running behind schedule. It is the renter's responsibility to stay current on payments. The host reserves the right to take necessary steps to recover their vehicle. Failure to comply may result in additional penalties or removal from the platform.

How do I file a damage claim?

If an accident or damage occurs during your rental, please refer to the insurance card included with your rental listing. You can also contact our claims team directly by emailing Claims@rentufs.com

Please report all damage to the vehicle within 3 days after the vehicle is returned, or within 3 days of being notified of the incident, whichever comes first. Failure to report a claim within this timeframe may result in the claim being denied.
